DOUGLAS R. NUNES - Served as Executive Director for Frank Crystal & Company, the second largest privately held risk management firm in the United States. Mr. Nunes has generated millions of dollars in revenue for the company over several years by bringing in large private equity clients as well as real estate portfolios in excess of one billion dollars in assets. Previously Mr. Nunes was hired as the President of Ameridebt Corporation, Gaithersburg, MD where he restructured the company to make it compliant with growing federal and state regulations while simultaneously increasing revenue from $52M to over $65M during his tenure. Mr. Nunes has served as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Development for biotech start-up Pluvita Corporation, Bethesda, MD where he was a co-founder and helped successfully raise $5M from FBR Venture Fund in Washington DC. Additionally, Mr. Nunes served in the same role at Digital Evolution, Los Angeles, CA where he successfully introduced the merger with US Interactive which allowed the company to go public obtaining a market valuation in excess of $90m. Lastly, for eight years Mr. Nunes served as Director of Corporate Development for The Millennium Group/Magnet Interactive Studios – owned by a high-net worth family from the United Kingdom – Mr. Nunes was the firm’s liaison with the entertainment community which included deals with MCA Universal, Turner Entertainment, as well as project development with ICM, CAA and William Morris. Mr. Nunes is a major shareholder and member of the board of advisors for Freedom Financial Network, San Mateo California, which generates revenues in excess of $90M and EBITDA in excess of twenty percent for the past three years. Mr. Nunes was a strategic advisor as well as shareholder in Rent.com which was sold to Ebay for $450M, and he continues to serve in an advisory capacity to new media company Seven Echo, Philadelphia, PA. He graduated from the University of Miami, FL and attended business school at the American University in Washington DC.

GEG – Gentile Entertainment Group – Principals John and  Anthony Gentile were the founders of The Instar Group, where they spearheaded the design and marketing of such award-winning films as STAR WARS, SATURDAY NIGHT  FEVER, GREASE and CARRIE. They also developed the trailers and promotional teasers for numerous films including THE EMPIRE STRIKES BACK and TiTANIC. With the creation of AGE, John and Anthony expanded the company’s profile by producing, writing and directing more than 150 hours of family entertainment for television, including VAN-PIRES, DRAGON FLYZ, SKY DANCERS, HAPPY NESS, JELLY BEAN JUNGLE, BUCKY O’HARE, SHINING STARS.  Following the success of their live theatrical event, BEAT, they went on to develop their first primetime sit-com for Disney entitled DIRESTA that broadcast for two seasons on UPN.  They also produced NEW YORK AT THE MOVIES hosted by Meryl Streep for A&E Network and most recently sold MICRONAUTS to Hasbro Entertainment as follow up to the phenomenal success of THE TRANSFORMERS franchise.  In addition to their entertainment company they are also founders and partners in T-INK, Inc. – a technology firm creating an array of consumer product and application with the patented “talking ink” technology, as well as owners and partners in E-GEN, an alternate energy dynamic company.
