Former NYPD Detective and Investigator for the Brooklyn district attorney's office. Tommy was a leader of the NYPD/FBI task force that handled the Colombo war. He testified at numerous war trials and attended every trial as well.He was the investigator  for the Murder case of FBI Supervisor Lyndley Devechio he has the complete case file. He handled the murder case of Wild Bill Cutolo Orena Faction Underboss. He is a world of knowledge of the war what went on in the NYPD and the FBI. He aslo managed to get the notorious Greg Scarpa Jr. to confess to 24 murders and implicate Devechio in the murder of a young women named Mary Bari who was killed because she became a FBI Informant and DeVechio passed that info onto Greg Scarpa Sr.
